Great service from the start. Was escorted to the elevator, which you had to walk through the hotel to get through. There was a wonderful aroma right throughout. We headed to the top with a panoramic view of the city once you exited the elevator. Superb views of Hoan Kiem lake and city centre. Nice to just sit, have a drink and enjoy the views. Great music. Extended versions of current songs. Bar staff attentive and friendly. Bathroom is down one level by the restaurant. Only recommendation would be serving chilled beer. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves.

Hands down the best rooftop bar in Hanoi!!! A great place to relax and chill and take in the scenic night views of the city. The staff of Anna, Kai, Huey, Lucifer, Linh, and the rest of the crew made the rooftop experience fun! This is definitely a must visit during your stay.Mot Hai Ba Yo Mot Hai Ba Yo Mot Hai Ba Uong!

Super nice view with good music. Friendly staff. We got an old fashioned and an Aku Aku. Both cocktails were very tasty and generous in quantity.

The view was good but they did not charge us the buy 1 get 1 free deal. Moreover, tax and service fee were not included in the already high prices.
