Named after The Original Taproom’s location, Pasteur Street Brewing Company became an innovative leader in Vietnam’s craft beer community since 2014. It all started with a simple idea: to combine American craft brewing techniques with fresh, local Vietnamese ingredients to create amazing craft beer. This founding vision has remained a pillar in our core beliefs, allowing us to cultivate and brew hundreds of beers with locally grown fruits, vegetables, spices, coffee, chocolate, and more!
